At Xcelsis, learning isn't only in class time, but we also provide the opportunity for our students to reach out to our tutors outside of class time. This can be on a Sunday afternoon or even on Wednesday 3am, we always try our best to quickly resolve students questions. Through this, we empower our students to actively ask questions and be curious about learning. We believe that this is key for academical success.
Flexiblity
We provide our tutoring services through three main methods, online, at your home, or at one of our locations. We understand that your schedules may be busy thats why we don't stick to one type of tutoring but rather can transition in-between to tailor to schedule. Cancellations happen and we don't want you to feel guilty, that's why we have no cancellation fee and are more than happy to reschedule for another day. By being flexible, we decrease the stress of getting to tutoring, and allow students to focus on learning in the classtime.
Feedback
Part of our unique tutoring style is to continuously analyse our students performance, and make sure that they are always on the path to success. We not only analyse assessment grades, but also students attitude and motivation for learning which plays a big role in their overall performance. That's why after every tutoring session, we provide a comprehensive report overlooking the students performance compared to previous lessons, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, the feedback within the report deems useful for those looking to achieve the extraordinary.
